They charged my credit card after I had checked out, for some kind of broken bracket in the shower. I called them and told them that I didn't even use the shower, and had no idea what bracket they were talking about. I called them 7 days in a row to try and talk to the manager, and was told that the manager was not in! I called the corporate office and got no positive solution!! Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the front desk lady, Minaan(sp?), was an absolute delight. 10/10 would recommend!
