Rooms are well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. Azurina is THE best csr ever; she'll make sure if any problems with the room are found that they get fixed.
Early check-in was quick and easy, and my room was super clean. Great place to stay if you're in the area.
I stayed with my 2 sons for a 4th of July weekend and they enjoyed every minute. The rooms are a bit dated and the furniture could use some touching up, but overall it was comfortable and fair for the money. The location is awesome with a 7Eleven next door and countless restaurants across the street. I had some issues with room service cleaning being delayed and a few other mishaps but I respect the management changing their responses and immediately remedying the situation and making the customer feel that they are being he... read more
Some hotel staff was rude. Housekeeping is inconsistent. They removed bathroom shower curtain for no reason once and we had to put it ourselves. The shuttle service is nice but only if you are ready to wait at least 30 min and make multiple calls with same response as driver is en route. One of the drivers was especially out of line talking about how we should parent our boy when all he did was greet him “ hey”. 😳
Rude staff and dirty rooms. Complimentary breakfast they mean bread and coffee only.
