I don't usually take the time to leave reviews unless they are exceptionally bad, but this was BY FAR the least professional staff and managers I've ever encountered in a hotel. I made a booking by accident when my flight was cancelled, and I was told by a staff member that I could cancel for free with no issues. I had also contacted booking.com and they said all they needed was a confirmation from the hotel that I had contacted them and that they agreed. This was my first trip to the United States with my mother, and we had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Dulles Airport. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our five-night stay. Mr. Tony and Ms. Paula were especially kind and welcoming. They always greeted us with warm smiles and helped us whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel was under construction during my stay, and there was noticeable construction noise. The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell—almost rotten or chemical-like. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable inside the room. I tried to be understanding, but the condition of the towels was unacceptable. The first towel I picked up had a large hole (about 4 inches) with worn, see-through fabric. The second had a visible yellow stain. The staff was super, super friendly!
