The room smells bad. Really bad can't sleep. I will never come back to this place.

Hotel is great. Comfort Inn & Suites is always comfy and they have a good free breakfast. The area where this hotel is on Jiboom isn't the best area but it is safe and at night it's quiet. No worries. There is also a fav mexican restaurant almost next door called Nena's. The food is bomb and they make in house fresh flour and corn Tortillas. They also have nopales if you like. I love it. The chile verde is bomb. 👍🤘
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The nightmare started at 4:30 AM when the fire alarm went off. It blared for almost 45 minutes because. We had to wait for the owners to arrive, along with the fire department, just to get it shut off. There was little to no communication from staff during the ordeal. A hotel should provide comfort and professionalism—this stay had neither. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
I liked this hotel, there is no smell in the corridors, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are like new. I really liked that the parking was for guests only, with automatic gates, super. big, breakfast a little poor.
