Dirty, curtains and sheets were stained, shower curtain was sour. The pool looked nice, but never used it. The ladies that checked me in and out were wonderful, but the lady that was running the desk one night was really rude. All I wanted was an extra towel and some toilet paper. I went and got anything else from the gas station next door. Horrible location, horrible breakfast options. No access to drinking water, except for purchase. The hotel was clean and well maintained on the inside. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason this hotel isnt better is because of the location. Homeless problem is out of control in the area and the city doesnt seem to have a plan to correct. Not the hotel's fault.

Update: They took my comments serious so I felt to edit my comments, after several days of statyying I am completely statified especially cleaner's service and ı want to thank to them. First, I was disappointed with the front desk service. At check-in, no one explained how to connect to the internet, the breakfast hours, or which hotel amenities were available and where they were located.
