The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming! The rooms were clean we had had great night sleep after a long day of driving. And a special shoutout to Miss Elsa, who was most wonderful in helping us get our pets situated. Thank you all so much!
Security was on point
This place should be condemned. Read the reviews that the managers respond with lies, and problems never addressed. Same replies. Persons are trying to give you details that you NEVER address? How long has your elevator been broken and you lied about it? Bed bugs, spiders, insects? Smoking (marijuana) allowed? Broken thermostats? Bad water/ice? Disconnected/contaminated? Dirty floors/rugs unravelled? Homeless persons allowed free services while customers price gouged? Glass shower doors broken and dangerously stuck together ... read more
Great service Edgar at the front desk was excellent and super friendly and helpful. Also Adam the facility security was fantastic and personable.
