Great service, easy check in and check out. Edgar was awesome! Such amazing customer service at the front desk. Rooms where clean and cleaning services are quick!

Difficulty getting coffee maker that worked, no supplies like spare coffee behind front desk. Commissary supplies had 3 whole items on the many shelves and refrigerator. Not a great experience this trip.

Definitely above average rooms, amazing breakfast and the staff are spot on! Helpful but not all up in your business. Love it here.

I tried to stay here while traveling to washington for a job with all of my items in the back of my car. I got a room and while I was was asking the guy at the desk if this was a safe place to park my car. He said some shitty analogy that didn't really make much sense and forgot to mention there was a homeless camp right next to the hotel. I went outside and figured this out and realized I couldn't stay there. The walls were scratched and not kept up, the blinds were dirty and stained, sheets had holes and the pillows were awful not sure how clean the carpets were if everything else was not maintained, fridge couldn't even be plugged in for use. Wifi was spotty tv outdated and kept turning off due to issues. Guest banging and making noise super late at night, not sure why they haven't had to remodel yet but they need to paint, get new carpet and get new beds and pillows its definitely past the 10 to 15 yr mark hotels usually do th... read more
