I should have read reviews before booking a non-refundable stay. This place was in need of maintenance. The plywood over the hot tub was a nice touch. The breakfast was almost non-existent.
As a choice rewards member, we stay in a lot of choice hotels. I would avoid this one. Poor woman trying to check us in took forever because the key machine wouldn't work. Breakfast horrible. Virtually nothing left. No silverware. A few eggs stuck to the pan and one lonely dried up piece of sausage. 20 minutes after alerting the staff member and 10 more people showing up, nothing. Don't stay here.
These people here will rip you off. They scan my card for reservation and charge my card and the card we used to check in . The breakfast looks nasty and burnt. We will never stay here ever again. Also they took 3x the deposit charging us $156 twice and additional $50 on both cards. As of today they still have additional $50 holding and took $106 which our room was$90 they took additional $16 for taxes which I think we were charged $100 for the room.
