We stayed one night just to have fun with the kids. I had to ring a bell for service to check in. We get to the room and the door was not closed all the way. So I went in and made sure nobody else was in there. We had a sleeper sofa and no sheets or blankets for it. There is no phone in the room so if you need anything you have to go to the front desk. Zero things Grand about this hotel. Stayed because is was a quick drive to hockey tournament. Beds were clean and made but that was the extent of the cleanliness of the room. Tables were sticky, long dark hair everywhere on the floor, someone's clothes left in the drawers, clicker wouldn't connect/work for tv, and 2 towels for me and my kids. It was amazing good pool good service breakfast delicious and nice people
Wasn't as clean as it could be most things were in order except for the occasional stain on the couch and mold in the ice bucket that was promptly rectified by staff, lots of things out of order and i wouldn't swim in the pool and im perfectly fine with taking a dip in a muddy creek, there is however a sign posted stating that they are in the process of transitioning into a new brand or ownership of sorts take that as you may, all in all clean sheets pillows and blankets and working heat for a decent price if booking through... read more
