Early check requested. Confirmed the day of arrival. Rooms weren't ready. Very disappointed in breakfast. Had to ask front desk for coffee. Staff very nice and tried to make things right. Thank you

Heavy smell of pot on our floor and in lobby, and not very clean. Elevator needed to be cleaned, when we got to our room it appeared as though it wasn’t cleaned. They gave us another room and we were thankful. There was a few places with clumps of hair on the floor, giving the impression that the floors were not cleaned. We did stay in the new room, but were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Pictures are what we found in the first room. When I walked into the room for the first time the room was absolutely disgusting. Stained lampshades, trash under the beds and all over the floor, room stunk like mildew, the pull out couch was broken and sunken in, mold ALL OVER THE SHOWER, and just EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY?? i don’t know how to add a picture to show this but just please do not go here.

Checked in after waiting for 2 others to be checked in ahead of me which took 20 minutes Was told pool wasnt open...no chemicals ...came down to breakfast next morning to no coffee no hot breakfast ..This hotel does not pay their bills and cant keep people .. its the worst hotel ive even been 2...its cheaper but is horribly run ....I cant believe they are in business...I dare anyone to go there and say they have a positive experience ...
