UPDATE — Additional information after checkout: On the morning of my departure, I personally mentioned the missed housekeeping service to the hotel manager. He told me that if a guest wants housekeeping, it must be specifically requested; otherwise, the room will not be serviced. Nice place, rooms, and staff. Well worth the money
Mark the front desk agent was so friendly and such a big help. He even helped my 11 year old with putting together a new rc car he just got. Thanks Mark!
The room was very spacious with an area for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. The only 2 spoilers was thier A/C system that we weren't able to control at all. It was hot in the room and barely cooled us off. It sounded as if it was a washing machine stuck in the spin cycle all night. It made for a restless night for us. We stayed at the Grand Cicero for one night for a softball tournament, and it was easily the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The original room they assigned us was completely unlivable. It smelled heavily of urine, had visible bodily fluids on the walls, unvacuumed floors, black mold coating the shower, and someone else's hair and footprints right on the bed sheets.
