This was my first stay at the hotel. What a beautiful property! Our room with a bay view and balcony was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel!

Everyone at the front desk was so incredibly nice and kept making sure my stay was pleasurable. Even the pool of jacuzzi area was very clean. Just as clean as my room. For breakfast is typical of Comfort inn nothing fancy but to the point and even that area was also kept constantly very clean as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here this week. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and gym were also well taken care of. Breakfast was top notch, and the staff did a great job of keeping the dining room clean and the coffee and food full. All of the staff we were amazing. In particular Deanna went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our time in the hotel and on the island, including recommending some great restaurants. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Once we walked into our presidential suite, we saw the dust, dirt, and very old hot tub and dry rotted blinds. I have non allergic rhinitis which was affected dramatically by our stay. I had to wear a mask! They did make the effort to clean it better; however, it is the principle of the entire experience. My non allergic rhinitis continued to bother me even after they cleaned the room again upon our request. The room should not have been in the condition it was upon our long awaited arrival. We will never stay there again.
