My experience with this hotel’s management was extremely disappointing. When I asked about the refund process, the staff were rude and disrespectful instead of being helpful. I was told they don’t accept credit cards that aren’t from a local bank — something that was never mentioned before booking. When I questioned this, they said that if a refund was processed, it would take 7–10 days, with no clear explanation or professionalism. Very poor customer service. Room was fairly quiet, hallway not so much. The sheets did not smell clean at all.
