This place is a roach motel thanks Air Canada what a disaster no breakfast even though offered internet didn't work, room keys never worked, facilities falling apart no hot water...best to just demolish this spot

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really made the experience special was the exceptional service. Heidy and Genesis were both incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.
