Got the option to stay a night here after missing our transfer. Room smelled very musty and after checking the bed we found a cockroach. Asked to swap rooms but there weren't any left. Ended up being asked to cancel our booking since the hotel couldn't do anything in this case.
I was greeted by a very sweet young lady. I believe her name was emily she was very helpful and was able to help me get a shuttle back to the airport. She helped translate since my English is a little broken. Very good experience and the young lady made it all the better. Will be back!

Two cockroaches and mold around the windows. Glad we only had to stay here one night because our flight was delayed and United Airlines paid for it
The lobby was beautiful! The rooms not so much! As soon as you walked in was a very strong old, musty, mildew smell. Like the room flooded and they left it closed up. They gave us air freshener but it blended with the smell. THEN as I'm sitting on the couch, out crawls an adult roach! Literally pausing to look at me like I'm the intruder! They need to put the same effort into the rooms that they put into lobby decor. I was catfished!
