BUYER BEWARE!!! They collected $110 deposit and it's been two since checkout, and they haven't returned it. After my family left the room clean and intact, the hotel refuses to return the deposit. Plus, there are obvious dangers in this hotel when the elevator broke down and made all public walk up three flights of stairs to their room. I highly recommend passing on this hotel. I'm guessing this hotel will go out of business soon. Financially tight on repairs and inspections on building.
Rooms could use some cosmetic repair
Hotel staff Jr was rude from the time we attempted to check in he was very short with us and canceled our reservation bc we were trying to figure out what we had already paid via hotels.com he yelled at me and basically told me I didn’t know nothing luckily we were able to get a room From Fairfield bc the way he was talking to us and on his personal phone was unacceptable and he needs a course on customer service
This is a good hotel, not the best and there are far worse places to stay. The bed is comfy, bathroom is ok. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is continental. The price is right.
