The wallpaper is coming off in the hallway. A lamp shade in the room we stayed at is ripped. There is only one elevator that is working. The other one every so often makes a banging sound. (Pretty scary) This has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

My family and I were very disappointed with this location. The front desk clerk was not friendly to begin with. I have an ESA and they refused to accept my notice from my licensed therapist and they had us pay an additional $87.00 for Rex. The room, omg, they take no pride in ensuring the rooms are up to date on cleanliness or maintenance. Bathroom floor was all cracked and broken. Only one light fixture worked. Instalaciones muy antiguas, falta mantenimiento y aparte te cobran por el estacionamiento, que feo que aparte de pagar por un lugar para descansar, aparte tengas que pagar por un lugar en las mismas instalaciones para dejar tu coche.

Pictures are very misleading! Do not stay here. There are so many homeless people nearby it did not feel safe. Front desk lady was also very rude. Not worth the stay or booking.
