The room smelled like the carpet gotten we and was never replaced and the whole 4th floor.
Very nice hotel looks very upscale. Convenient location to the Alamo, which is what I came here to see.
we got attack by bed bugs and we were in room 411 and every time we try to call to get a refund or talk to them they want to avoid us all the time!
Rooms stink I should have just stay one night but I had already pay for 3 days didn’t want to make a big deal , they do charge a parking so when booking it give you a different price and when check in you ended up paying more $50
