Young front desk lady (forgot her name) on the morning of 12/26 called an Uber for me when her driver wouldn't show up (Dec 26). Didn't have to ask her, waited for a half hour, shuttle didn't show up, young lady called the Uber at the hotel's expense, I got to the airport in a timely manner. All's well that ends well, excellent customer service thanks to the young front desk lady.

Comfort Suites is a good place to stay while in Jacksonville and very close to the airport. Although it has room to improve. The lobby/hallways are warm and have a musty smell, it feels like the AC is kept off at all times. The treatment from the receptionist was really nice when we got there at night and then it was the completely opposite the next morning, the morning receptionist was lowkey rude. I will never stay at this location again. The front desk wasn't very friendly. They didn't want to accommodate early check in after I had been on the road for hours. I arrived at 1pm. The pool was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The breakfast was bare minimum. They gave us a hard time about getting towels and rags and only brought us 2 rags and no towels for 3 people.
