I stayed at the Comfort Suites, 3001 Highwood Boulevard, Smyrna, TN 37167 a few times and noticed that I did not get my reward points. When checking my online account, I noticed that some of these trips were marked as cancelled. Since I paid with a credit card, I had the proof that I stayed at the hotel. I believe what happened was that I sent a complaint about the night manager through Choice Hotels customer service since he was extremely rude to our group.
