The staff is great, the guests on the other hand are not the best. This is our "go-to" place when we stay in Memphis, but we always smell marijuana or cigarette smoke when we walk down the hallways. I thought this was a smoke-free facility. The parking lot is shared by the Quality Inn and they will have you towed if you're not in the right area. Stayed here one night Oct. 25-26. It was my second time to stay here. This time was not as good. The elevator was out of service. The air conditioner in my room did not work. And some of the furniture was broken in the room. Decent property but it's overdue for some maintenance.
