Hotel Has Potential but Cleanliness Fell Short We stayed in part of the pet-friendly section. I think the hotel has potential, but the room could definitely use more upkeep, especially considering pets are welcome. Some of the furniture, like the couch and ottomans, looked very worn and not easy to keep clean with animals. The fridge sitting directly on the floor also raised a concern, since it could be an issue if a pet were to have an accident nearby. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First room that gave me wasn't cleaned so the second room they give me the floor was completely wet I was so tired I just said screw it and they told me they were going to give me a $15 discount. But that never came and not only did the discount not come but she double charged me for two nights instead of one and now I'm trying to argue with them about that. Whatever you do do not stay here
Do NOT stay here. Hands down nasty. Something white and crusty on floors. Non-smoking room with cigarette burns everywhere. Smelled. Teeth marks(?) in chair. What looks to be feces on curtain. Microwave filthy. Mattress stains visible through sheets, and something greasy on headboard. Can't really see it in the pic, but couch had print of someone's butt (baby powder maybe?). Just gross.
I’m not a one-star giver typically, but what a frustrating stay. 2 things in the lobby immediately upon checking in: signs on the glass about how the elevator is broken, and the air vent over the front desk appears to have black mold. So that’s fun. To use the pool, you have to sign in at the front desk to get the key and get pool towels because room keys won’t unlock it.
