Rating 3 stars to hopefully get the owner or manager’s attention. It’s awesome that they offer lemon water in the lobby near the kitchen but there has been a nat floating in it since yesterday. I figured they’d change out the water by this morning but all they did was add ice to it. Now on to my actual review; I actually love this hotel. Rooms are clean and pool is cold.
Recently rented a room and I will say I was impressed with the price but the customer service was terrible. Our tv didn’t work and the front desk receptionist said “I don’t watch tv, I don’t know how to fix it, I didn’t realize people still watched tv” Heaven forbid we have some sort of background noise while enjoying our stay …
