The staff has been wonderful during my long-term work stay. However, the hot tub and treadmill have been out of service for a while, and the front doors remain open due to issues whether it's cold or hot outside. The hot water for evening showers can be inconsistent at best. While the room is great and breakfast is good with hot coffee, these issues need attention. You MUST try Braun's for their great burgers and ice cream down the street. A very nice little community over all.

This is a very nice motel In the pancake city of Liberal. The breakfast was above the average line for most motels in the pricerang. This is really important to me personally. This motel has great access to everything in this corner of the state. It is close to the main northbound highway so you get some jakebrake noise. It was very comfortable. Have and would stay there again. Would highly recommend it to everyone. The Starbucks in liberal sucks, but that is another review.

The lobby was very nice and clean. Awesome work out area! The room was clean except for a stained towel. The pool was very cloudy but was a great temperature for a swim. The bad, The hot tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, I hadn't realized it until after I was in it already. Chunks of hair floating and black algae around the lights.
