Dog friendly thus, our room smelt like wet dog. Very disappointing. After letting staff know this they acknowledged that the room was known to smell and shouldn't have been to assigned to us. Considering we booked 2 rooms, after a long drive and no pets as we are international tourists
Although I did not stay here (had to cancel due to change in plans), I had a great experience with speaking to staff. My cancellation was complicated because I booked through a third party service, but the staff were all helpful in assisting me. I will plan on staying there in the future, though will book directly with the hotel!
