My last stay at Comfort Suites ANYWHERE !! I have been a customer for years, my information was in the system and updated address that night. We called ahead for a room with a 11PM check-in being 2 hrs away, while travelling to a funeral and was TIRED and couldn't complete the drive. It was MINUS 0* with snow and wind. Upon arrival was finally greeted by the clerk, she was off in the TV / Dining area. Was given our room and when entering it was COLD ~!~!~! the thermostat said 51 degrees. The hallway was warmer !!
