Check inn is impossibly slow. I can not express how slow it is compared to every other of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed at. Even other comfort suites. We had bed bugs in one of our rooms. Multiple rooms had non working AC and heat. The Internet goes out every couple of minutes. The key cards have a 25% chance of working any time you close the door. We tested it. I just wanted to say that the front desk lady Hurria was so helpful, pleasant, kind and went above and beyond to help me and my wife upon check in. I wish there were more ladies like her working for the Comfort Suites. She made sure everything about our situation was less stressful and easy going and so easy to handle.
