It was below average the building itself was great really cool architecture however the staff was not the nicest and they charged an extra fee when we booked through a third party vendor the rooms was mostly clean and hot a hot shower and a cold refrigerator as well as decent wifi the bed was big and clean and the air conditioning worked fine however after I took a shower and laid down I felt something on the back of my head when I pulled it off I found a dog tick I killed it and pull the sheets off and picked the mattress u... read more

Walked in and had to kill a bug. 30min before 11 they called me to make sure I'm checking out. 5min later they come and knock on my door to make sure I'm checking out. That's really annoying.

Bed was uncomfortable. Service and staff were impolite and fairly lazy. Arrived at 1pm to get into our room and we didnt get allowed in until 2:50?! Breakfast was mediocre and and bathroom was missing basic amenities. Would rather go to any other hotel in the area.

Check inn is impossibly slow. I can not express how slow it is compared to every other of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed at. Even other comfort suites. We had bed bugs in one of our rooms. Multiple rooms had non working AC and heat. The Internet goes out every couple of minutes. The key cards have a 25% chance of working any time you close the door. We tested it.
