We hired Comfort Star Heating and Cooling to perform the startup of the ductless mini-split a/c and heat pump system that we recently installed. Kevin provided good value by performing the work in a quality manner and at a fair price. His communications were timely and he worked with us on our schedule. We highly recommend Comfort Star.

The first interaction with Kevin was great! He was on point and got the job done. Much appreciated! The second job I hired Kevin for was quite the opposite. We set several appointments, which over half of them he failed to show up for. Most times with no communication at all. I lost several days of work, put on over 600 miles and 12 hrs of drive time because of this. After the 3 months of shenanigans, he still wasn't able to fix or even diagnose the issue with the furnace. And then, charge me $650 for nothing but wasting my ... read more

Excellent service from a very experienced professional. When installing my gas range, I told him about A/C problem we had, and he was able to fix it while he was here. WOW. Very reasonable in pricing and just an all around nice guy. I recommend him very highly.
