Our air conditioner stopped working and our home warranty company sent this company to fix our air conditioner. Three techs came out and looked at our unit and went in our attic. They did not open our unit and just looked inside. They told us our air conditioner was dead and we needed another unit. It was good we had a home warranty as it would have cost us $9,000. We have to have a new decompressor unit also which is not covered and will charge us only $2,150. It had to go through the home warranty company and was approved.... read more
