Do NOT go to Comfort Spa in Renton. This place is extremely dirty and completely unprofessional. Severe Lack of Hygiene: They do not change the table linens between clients. After coming home from my appointment, my skin was literally itching. They also use cheap, expired, giant Costco coconut oil bottles on clients. They used to provide good service, but lately the service has been getting worse. I had a punch card that was completely filled after 10 massage visits. I was told that the reward was $50 off my next massage. When I came in to use my reward, one employee told me it was a $50 discount, but another employee told me it was only $40. I know my reward is supposed to be $50 after completing 10 punches. It is very disappointing to receive different answers from different employees, especially after being a loyal customer. I really love it here. The staff are all wonderful, and the spa has a very clean, relaxing atmosphere. I really like the massage techniques the staff use. Because I sit at a desk for long hours, my back and shoulders are often very stiff, but coming here has helped relieve my back pain. I come here every week. I really like this place.🥰very very good
