Hidden fees. I was charged an additional $40 for taking the mattress upstairs, but this fee was never communicated to me beforehand. When I emailed to ask for an explanation, they refused to respond or provide any clarification as to why I was charged the extra $40. Unprofessional and not transparent.
Our salesman has been amazing so helpful to the full extent of his capabilities . However comfort sleep head office is awful. At first very helpful , but after realising this is a product problem not a one off fault they are just dodgy they. All of a sudden are not taking any responsibility for the products performance, lack of. The item bought was $3000 and in 3 yrs it's been replaced x3 . Having had enough and asking for refund they no longer want to accept fault . Night mare
