Vladimir has been making shutters for 27 years starting in California when he came to America from 🇺🇦 Ukraine. His craftsmanship is so evident in the final product! Vladimir was very informative and did a good job on my shutters! Would recommend him to all of my friends and family. he made sure the sun doesn’t get into my house!
