Had Steve Lee with this company measure and quote a new build for my parents and they decided to go with Comfort Shield rather than another local insulation company I had already lined up. The house had 8'4" walls and I told Steve multiple times but he still (even after measuring) brought 8' batts that were 4" short in the wall cavity. The installer left a 2" gap at top and bottom and we had them come back and fill that. Do not use this company!! They will not respond to your phone calls and then will proceed to not show up for the date of service you set up with them. Back story, they came out and quoted us to do closed cell insulation, we liked the quote and booked them for today (January 6th) meanwhile I packed up my 2 kids and cat to go stay at families house. Comfort Shield came out multiple times to ensure we had the correct service for our situation. We ended up going with spray insulation which we are happy with! Would recommend working with Nate and Steven anytime!
