Comfort Service has always been extremely responsive, equipped with all the required parts. You can't ask for better.
I absolutely could not be more pleased with Comfort Services Group and especially Billy. His knowledge and expertise about all things HVAC is impressive, and possibly unmatched. He’s also so polite, communicates exceptionally well, and works hard to get everything up and running in a timely manner. I’ve worked with a lot of HVAC contractors in the area, but he’s the only one I’ll call going forward!
These guys are very professional and efficient. He fixed my problem by diagnosing the actual cause instead of just throwing a new expensive part on. The fix he did saved me a lot of money, and that was now 3 years ago that he did it.
They did a great job of repair and explaining the repair. Very pleased with their service and will definitely call Comfort Service for any future issues.
Billy and his crew are the best in the area. I wouldn't trust any one else to service my unit. He really knows his stuff and he always works me into his schedule. I've referred him to everyone I know and they all say the same thing. Not one to do a review, but these guys deserve it. Keep up the great work guys!
