we couldn’t have asked for anything more than the great service and solutions we received from Comfort Pro! in the middle of our family Christmas festivities our heater started failing. My Bosch heat pump leaked failed at a valve and stopped working. I reached out to Casey who runs Comfort Pros via text and he responded within minutes. He helped me on the spot diagnose the problem - I am fairly handy. I found the error code and Casey clarified that it was low pressure in the refrigerant lines. He came up the next day to pressurize the lines and find the leak. The leak ended up the valve mentioned above. We had to get a replacement.
