Casey was awesome to work with!
Casey arrived and had the problem figured out within minutes. Another company had come to work on our heating issue and after about an hour managed a “temporary fix” and left. Casey fixed their temporary solution and took the time to explain my system to me as well as show me little specific tips for check up and maintenance I could do to make sure things would always be running smooth. His knowledge is unsurpassed!
Casey came in and replaced the a/c unit on our property. He left the outside unit sitting on a pallet. Did not have an electrician as required by law. The unit had a bad board so we paid another company to come make the repairs. There was also a defective joint from the factory. We had to refund our guests a lot of money for having no ac in extreme heat and he never came to fix it. After looking at his history on L&I he gets fines and then changes his business name.
One of the guys there saved my mom a lot of money by walking her through the fix herself. It was a simple fix that would have cost her 375 dollars at a minimum. We put their number on b her fridge for the next time we have an issue. We know they want to help
