Very unreliable. Cant listen to simple spelling. Have to call back multiple times to get info. On hold for 20+ minutes regularly. Unacceptable. 0 stars. EDIT; After waiting over an hour with no phones answered i drove all the way to the store to get INFORMATION. I activily called the store while inside to hear that the phones dont even ring when called.
I purchased the Carrier Air Conditioner through One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning approximately one year ago. Despite multiple service evaluations, the air conditioner has never adequately cooled my home. For example, although I have had the thermostat set at 78 degrees for several hours, it still reads 86 degrees. Obviously my home is still very warm. I am very disappointed with this Carrier air conditioner.
Very nice people, got on the dock 30 min before my appointment, fast offloading. Receiving is at dock 10, shipping at dock 21.
I just had the best experience here! Dusty helped me figure out a warranty issue from months ago and I am so grateful that this company puts their customers first. Great job Comfort Products! 100% recommend. I feel comfortable doing business with you.
