Parts department doesn’t have a clue but the warehouse staff are good people Edit. I should NOT be required to give my full name/ phone number/ birthdate when I check in. You require all people to check in even when there are 3 people standing at the desk staring at you but not acknowledging you. Very very rude.
I really appreciate working with this receiver. My driver was able to check in without any hassle, and they started unloading him within 20 minutes, which is excellent timing in this industry. The unloading process was quick and efficient, helping us stay on schedule. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish. I’d definitely be happy to send my drivers here again.
Check in and check out easy unloading takes no time 40 minutes after check in I was out. Thanks again
