My heat pump system died on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend and I hoped I could get service. Shortly after calling Comfort Plus, Alan B called me and arrived a short time later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made arrangements to get the new fan motor when the supplier opened on Tuesday. He called and performed the work that day as promised in a completely professional and personable manner. I have used Comfort Plus before and my experience with Alan made it certain I will use them again. Thank you Alan and Comfort Plus!

Comfort Plus honored the second half of my annual maintenance contract with the company I previously used that went out of business. I have found Comfort Plus to be very reliable, with quick service, and knowledgable technicians . Highly recommended.

Called Comfort Plus on a Monday during a crippling heat wave. The person who took my call was very pleasant and had a technician come out that day. My 18-year old AC unit was shot and I needed a new one. After discussing with Brendan Plutschak, he quoted me for a new unit and I off-handedly told him we were having a party the upcoming weekend and it would be nice to get it fixed before then.
