Trevor found the problem: The breaker was not pushed far enough in. It just seems to me that $100 for the few minutes it took for him to discover that and push it in harder was way too much, especially for people on social security.
Tyrese was quickly able to solve the problem by pushing harder on the breaker but $100 to do that seems a bit outrageous to me.
