Unit not properly installed. Leaked into the house and now a restoration team is needed. No follow up to fix the issue.
I've had a very bad experience with them so far. Firstly, they missed their commitment to complete the work on time, and now they're not even taking calls. Marty, possibly the owner, seems to be a nightmare to deal with! He doesn't know how to communicate with clients effectively and often uses slang words over the phone. I'm extremely surprised by their level of commitment. Not only did they take upfront payment for the work, but they also stopped responding to calls afterward. Be cautious when dealing with them.
