Went out for quotes to purchase water heaters (2) including work to handle return of rental units along with paperwork to return and register new units. I went with Comfort vs HomeDepot based on excellent experience from previous HVAC and plumbing jobs. Replaced two (2) 50 gallon rented water heaters in two different locations on the same day at 9 AM and 12 noon. Had Dylan attend promptly to do routine winter furnace maintenance on a Monday morning at my parents home. He was polite & professional.
Dave came out again and inspected our propane fireplace and our heat pump took apart these things and cleaned them We would highly recommend Comfort Plus for their service and we would especially recommend Dave from Comfort Plus for any of your heating needs. He’s a young man that knows what he’s doing and is very efficient. We will see Dave next year for the same service.? Is that good?
Steven and Pat installed our new air pump and furnace back up. Do not use this company. They left a live wire in my basement completely uncapped after the installation of the heat pump. This could have killed someone or burned down my house as we had no idea it was there. When I called Aire one have this dealt with they refuse to give me a service appointment on the same day I called and also tried to cancel the service appointment booked for two days later because of staffing issues.
