I had a disappointing experience with the administrative and booking side of this clinic. Booking is difficult as they do not accept online bookings. Despite requesting an appointment with Philip Sneyd, I arrived to find I had been booked with another podiatrist. While the practitioner was nice and tried their best to be helpful, the assessment was quick and they could not assist with my specific needs. I had an amazing experience with Mackenzie. He provided insight into how some of my knee issues are caused- something I’ve been searching for for 9+ years that no Dr., X-Ray, MRI, orthopaedic surgeon, has been able to identify. He is very friendly and has great metaphors for everything to make sure you fully understand what’s going on! I’m beyond satisfied.
Cam was compassionate and was amazing with my daughter. We highly recommended him!
