This was my first podiatry experience and I was very impressed. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and Anthony was amazing at explaining everything to me (his Australian accent was also fun to listen to). I also appreciated the central location - easy for me to get to.

I am totally thrilled with my gait assessment and custom orthotics by Dr. Mackenzie Holzmann, Podiatrist. I went to the clinic because I wanted to be prepared for my challenging six-day hike in Iceland this summer. I had foot issues on a previous challenging hike and wanted to avoid that issue. Dr. Holzmann provided exercises and stretches to strengthen and better align and balance my foot muscles. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment because parking is atrocious and I had to limp from the other end of the mall. Reception could not care less. Lost my appointment and had to limp back to my vehicle. Although every appointment I’ve had here I had to wait 15+ minutes. Zero empathy

I had an appointment with Mackenzie. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him based on my treatment. I attended for bunions and a small rock embedded in my foot. I was told the object could be removed during the visit, but after the procedure began I was informed it was deeper than expected and advised to “accept it” if it did not cause pain. I felt this should have been properly assessed before starting. He explains conditions well, but in my experience the clinical and surgical care did not match his explanations.
