They said i cant reorder until i have 10 days supplies left , so i call to reorder and they said they will ship it in 14 days , wtf , that leaves me with NO supplies for 4 days . Great plan you got there . And every call to them is a nightmare !!!!
I was on hold for 75 minutes then I heard a dial tone. I need to place an order.They need to hire more help.
Absolutley the worst customer expierence i have ever had- they call once a day just to put me on hold an average of 25-30 minutes, they tell me who im waiting to speak with but she doesnt have an extension and is never available. I asked to be called back asap as i am out of supplies,yet everyone is always busy. Well im gonna make your job easier and not deal with this anymore. Terrible company stay away! Ostomy supplies issue they sent the wrong thing. I had to order on a 3 month basis. I sent the items back but they didn’t credit me. They replaced the items and started the 3 month over again a month later without sending all the items. I ran short of bags because I only had a 3 month supply when it was 4 months. They refused to send me the extra box. I was using medical tape for sports to tape the Ostomy appliance on. When they finally decided to send me an order it had been 4.5 months.
