Doctors office faxed all necessary paperwork over there 3x in 5 days , still no order delivered, Ran out of supplies snd had to go to the ER and have a foley put in…. People are pleasant on the phone but Someone isnt doing their job at the fax machine… Paperwork must be sitting on someones desk, In the meantime 4 hrs and a copay at the hospital because of this… Sucks
Said that I have not had a script sents 2023. But now I have 1 day of product . And I’m still waiting for duct tape and ziplock bags
Absolutely WORST medical supply company there is. I am 6 weeks post op from a loop iliostomy and these clowns couldn't get my order shipped correctly to say my life. Due to their gross negligence I know have serious skin breakdown and have had to purchase 2 boxes and several other supplies out of pocket off freaking AMAZON!! Save yourself the time, aggrevation and stress and stay away!!!!!
I really love this company. I worked with Asia she is extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with, for all my supplies..everyone is very helpful and eas7 to work with
