I really love this company. I worked with Asia she is extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with, for all my supplies..everyone is very helpful and eas7 to work with
I placed an order 6/26. A week later I had received no updates and tracking was not showing so I emailed for an update and got no response. I called last Friday explained I had been out of supplies for 5 days, the rep assured me my order would ship next day and arrive Saturday. Order did not show up and I was out of supplies so I had to go to the ER and have a foley put in at an expense of $250. The order did not arrive until Monday afternoon. This place has just started sending invoices to me from over a year ago. And I haven't used them in over a year. This place is a scam and should not be used for medical supplies.
Brian W. was the most wonderful rep to work with when ordering ostomy supplies! As a new ostomate who craved moral support and knowledge regarding available products, Brian patiently guided me through the process and set me on the path to success. He helped me transform from overwhelmed to confident, and I am so grateful to him and Comfort Medical for helping me when I needed it most!
I don’t know about the facility but I do know I have been getting my supplies from here and they have been nothing but wonderful since day 1! I am so glad I called them because I was placed with a third party that was horrible, on hold forever, and they didn’t care to help at all! I got someone who spoke English, who explained different products and easy to reach!! I currently love my supplies and the service, always have spoke with wonderful people who actually care!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring!!
