I recommend buying your supplies somewhere else,... anywhere else. Time and time again, this company has proven to be unreliable and inaccurate to downright incompetent. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!’nn Did not send catheter order when supposed to, ran out of catheters, unable to assist at all, told me to take daughter to ER to get more. Then next order supposed to ship 10/8, called twice and they assured me it would ship that afternoon. Spoke with them today “sorry we had an issuing with packing and it didn’t ship yesterday” Unbelievable. Horrendous customer service. Avoid avoid avoid
Without a doubt the least professional company I've ever encountered. Our daughter NEEDS medical supplies to live, and this HORRIBLE company ships the wrong supplies EVER MONTH. It's the same story every time. "Whoops" "We never had that order" "Oh, it'll ship tomorrow" "If you don't the shipment on time, just go the the ER." This is unacceptable.
Just got a notice from a legit debt collection company saying they were given my account for $25 from Comfort Medical. I was never contacted by Comfort medical, had zero notice of any issue and my medical supplies are covered 100% by my insurance. I have been receiving my supplies from them for more than 2 years and have never paid or owed a dollar due to my insurance. This is the second time they have sent my account to collections, without even giving me a call or sending me a letter. I have my account on autopay which is up to date. The first time it happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid the bill (after spending hours on hold with them, their third party biller, and the collections agency).
