I have used comfort medical supplies for the last few years and I've never had a problem with shipping ordering receiving if any mistakes were made they were taken care of right away with the friendliest attitude around bless everyone that works there for making a difficult life go a little easier.
If there was the ability to provide negative 5 stars that would be the review. This place is truly incompetent. They have blatantly lied multiple times saying that they have shipped catheters in a time of desperate need and they didn’t. My dad cannot pee on his own and is 100% dependent on catheters, the alternative is the emergency room. He called 3 weeks early before he needed his order. I have had nothing but a great experience with the Comfort Medical. Over the last 7 months, that started with a medical emergency and then slow recovery they have been there to assist. All the supplies I needed were shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I made sure to verify that they had the correct product numbers prior to completing the order.
