I called Dave because I had a problem at one of my rentals ( during one of the coldest days of the year) and he went right over. He got the furnace working and he did not charge crazy rates. I then decided to install a new furnace and Dave was the guy. He now offers furnace cleaning and I Am definitely taking advantage of that. Fair, honest guy. …not many of them around anymore
