My heat pump was not warming my house during the snowstorm of 2025. I called Drew first thing this morning, it was 20 degrees outside and 50 degrees in my home, and he answered on the first ring. He was at my house within the hour, diagnosed the problems (we had several), went and got parts and had my home warming in just a few hours time. He kept my home tidy, was kind and worked quickly. 10/10 recommend
If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy HVAC company, this is it. After being told I needed multiple things for my system, I called Drew who came out and looked over everything. He was honest on what needed to be done and not done. It’s hard to find companies that are this way. Thank you, Drew for your honest work!
So happy I was referred to Drew and Comfort Matters. He was right on time and didn’t make up any unnecessary repairs as I’ve become used to with other vendors. Really like that he offered discounts for military and first responders.
