My heat pump stopped working during the hottest part of the season, and it was after business hours on a holiday. I left my number with several places, but I wasn't feeling hopeful. Then my daughter-in-law told me to call a 24-hour HVAC service. Right after Ezekiel introduced himself, he invited me to watch as he diagnosed the issue. That really impressed me! All the staff were very professional and friendly. I called about a problem we were having with our furnace in our rental home, and the technician, Cory, was fantastic and really knew his stuff. He quickly found the issue and fixed it right away. Cory discovered that the heat exchanger was cracked and leaking a little carbon monoxide into the air, and he took care of it fast. We are extremely thankful for Cory!
