I called Jim in the morning and he came out in the afternoon. He was dependable, knowledgeable, courteous, and very reasonable with his fees. Highly recommend!

My AC hasn’t kept up with the summer heat for at least 5 years, maybe 10. Thermostat is set to 71, it gets above 80 at the ground floor and struggles to get below 75 overnight.
