Service was very quick and efficient. I was in on my life time guarantee. My mattress was 8 years old. Every thing was explained to me as to what my options were, as well as the cost. We set up a date and time for pickup and delivery. Drivers were right on time and only took a few minutes each time. My bed feels like new again. Thanks

We bought a confort king bedding deluxe pillow top queen set but this bed makes so much noise it's unreal I hate it and we have it for almost 2yrs now what a waste of money since Day 1..😠😠😠😠

We purchased the Splendor and we just love it. We went in not sure on what we wanted. The salesman was so helpful. He actually taught us about their beds. You can watch them make a bed right there in the store. We laid on the different beds to see how they fit us, and ended up choosing the Splendor.

We purchased our bed a year and a half ago on Black Friday, we had gone into a number of other stores hoping to find something that really spoke to us. What we managed to find were sales people wanting to make a quick sale, without caring about what we really wanted.
