The office staff are warm and welcoming. The caregivers are well trained and work hard to care for their clients. Love this place!
Comfort Keepers has been providing care for my mother, for about two years now. I have had a great experience in dealing with them. Our care giver Shirone is a rockstar, and a blessing to have taking care of my mother. My experience with the office has been pretty smooth .They do their best to cover shifts when someone is out sick. Natalie is a good communicator and helps with any issues. Marilyn and Ben are great too.
One of the best agencies in the valley. Good caregivers and staff.
Please do not work with these people. Chances are you’ll have to work with Natalie. Working with Natalie has been the worst experience. Working with comfort keepers was supposed to make things easier but so far it has only been a headache. Natalie is extremely rude and has no empathy which is so crazy considering the line of work comfort keepers is. Stay away, find a different caregiver company to work with. I had a very pleasant interview with Comfort Keepers. There's so much opportunity in this company to grow your knowledge and skills. They understand a work life balance and seem like they are involved in a family way. Not just between the employees but amongst the clients as well. That's important to me too.
