Comfort Keepers were my life line 24/7 for over 7 years helping me to take care of a loved one. We needed skilled care and built a team of caregivers around us. They were great working through challenges and felt like family. I never had to worry and could relax that we were in good hands. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am disappointed with the inconsistent level of training from worker to worker. C.K apparently relies on an outgoing worker training the incoming worker. That doesn't work when someone who wasn't trained very well by their trainer trains the next person. Also, there must be some initial training by the company and that doesn't seem very thorough or consistent. For instance, each worker should know the basics such as how to operate a all household appliances. All housekeeping personnel should be schooled in company policies... read more
