I cannot say enough good things about the Comfort Keepers team, from the administrative staff through to the caregivers themselves. They made a difficult time so much easier with their bright dispositions and competent care. 10/10 would recommend.

All of the folks at Comfort Keepers have been kind, caring, and accommodating. They have been very patient with my fluctuating schedule. The caregivers have not only been great with my mom, they have helped me figure out resources to make things easier for all of us. Highly recommend

The Comfort Keepers management and caregivers have all been extremely professional, creative, caring, safety conscious and excellent problem solvers with the care of my father. They have gone above and beyond in helping me keep his wishes and in his home a bit longer. He really looks forward to seeing each and every one of his caregivers. I do not have enough great things to say about them all and would highly recommend their services for your loved one.

This place is a joke. They came one time and then didn’t have coverage for the next 3 days. My dad is not able to get himself to bed and they assured me they could provide this service. They left me scrambling to find assistance. They are not reliable

We used Comfort Keepers in Petoskey and they did an amazing job for our family. Their staff was extremely helpful and supportive during a very hard time. I highly recommend. 5 all the way!
