I connected with Comfort Keepers over a year ago to help care for 96 lady who wants to maintain independent living. For the most part, the staff have been wonderful and allowed F to stay in her home. They help with Dr's appt, hair appts, meals and light housekeeping. While F is rather persnickity, they always seem to find a way to connect and go above expectations. Comfort Keepers has great people and it’s easy to communicate with them. They are caring, attentive, and all around wonderful. Sharon is my caregiver and she helps me with everything I need. We needed spur of the moment 24/7 in-home support for my elderly dad after neck surgery and rehab. Everyone was prompt, professional and kind. We will definitely call again if/when the need arises.
The care givers and staff at Comfort Keepers were great with my mom. Dawn and Shirley really cared about her and went out of their way to be her friend on top of the care they provided. Highly recommend.
