I used their transportation service to go to my endoscopy procedure at Stony Brook Hospital. My driver was Tomasa. She was on time, friendly, getting me there and back without any problems.

Picking the best care for a loved one is always a daunting task - you want nothing but the best for them. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the folks from Comfort Keepers. We have always found the staff to be attentive and compassionate - everyone from Donna who originally on-boarded my mom, to Kathy in the office to the actual staff that has come to assist my mother, everyone has just been top notch. Kathy who runs the office is a true professional and all of the home health aids are wonderful. Elona, Patrice, and Oneka all do a great job taking care of my parents, and I would recommend any one of them to anyone looking for home care.

Donna Rizzo Hayes has been an amazing partner in helping set up care to help my dad with my mom. She has been open, empathetic, flexible, compassionate, and collaborative in helping my dad (and me) navigate his new environment. I can’t thank her enough! Nikki has been the care giver for my mom and she has been supportive, compassionate and patient. Where my sister and I live out of state, it is nice to know Comfort Keepers is there.

Donna Nikki and Kathy are the best. When I wanted immediate help Donna dropped everything to set up the care I requested. She continues to follow up withfrequent phone calls updating md and asking if I have any questions or concerns. Donna is professional friendly and efficient. Nikki has been wonderful. Her care is great. She has a warm caring personality and deals with all obstacles with grace and humor. Kathy is wonderful in follow up and keeping me informed. This is a terrific agency and I fully recommend them
