Frankly, Barbara showed no real concern for her clients when leaving the business in the care of her clueless daughter. My mother has had nothing but difficulty with this company since Barbara left both on maternity leave and retired. She has had the same bad service now as with the previous owners. Don't offer transportation if you can't get reliable people who are able and young enough to help seniors from home, to car, to appointment and back both on time and without endangering the client.
