Sara our care coordinator goes above and beyond in seeing to it that my Fathers evolving needs are addressed with compassion and care. She is very responsive in answering my detailed questions, coordinates with caregivers, the senior living communities, and understands the challenges we face as caregivers. Alexis was our initial care giver. She arrive on time, professionally dressed and ready to help any way she could. Was very polite and gentle with my wife. Helped her to the restroom, changed her cloths, helped her out of bed and read a book to my wife. This allowed me to do other things that otherwise I would not have been able to do. A real treat to have a good caregiver that I could trust.

Comfort keepers were able to schedule over night care for my husband who has Alzheimer’s. Kathi was very attentive to his needs and health. She also provided updates for me which also gave me a peace of mind.

Comfort Keepers of Crossville, TN provides excellent caregiving services to my Father who resides at a Senior Living Facility. It's been a positive experience since inception. He has a friend keeping him active and engaged, providing non-medical assistance including ADL's as needed. Their credentialed in personal support services and experienced in dealing with cognitive decline. Being I am out of State, the transport and chaperone capabilities is a huge help.
