My mother has been receiving care from Comfort Keepers for several months and we have been very happy with the carers provided by them. A special thanks to Kailee, Roberta, and Emily for all of their help and support! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that my mother has missed several appointments due to last-minute cancellations from caregivers (not the 3 I mentioned). This has happened repeatedly. Vanessa Santiago has been awesome to work with. We have alot to accomplish in a short amount of time and she all ways gets it done with a smile on her face. She remembers things I don't and I could not ask for a better caregiver!!! Thank You!:-)
The staff are approachable and professional. We are extremely pleased by the way Ann takes care of Mom.
The three caregivers that been taking care of me and service dog have been so good for me and Taylor ,has been out of this world. Now take Venessa, she help me with my house chores and is making my life so much better since my diagnosis of cancer. Cleaning my house has become a hard for me to get done, if it wasn't for her I do think my house would stink. I'm so friggin happy with her work habits are out of this world.
