As I have no family in the area I have relied on Comfort Keepers, numerous times (six?), to provide transportation to/from various procedures that required anesthesia. Many may know that in every case, the medical provider will not provide procedure times until the day before, usually giving less than 24-hours notice. Comfort Keepers has been a Godsend. My elderly demented mom-in-law had to come live with me suddenly a few years ago. It was so hard to adapt at first until I found CK. They come daily to help me with all of my MILs needs bathing, dressing, eating etc. they have even helped do small tasks to tidy the home. My caregiver Maxine has been part of the family. To describe our experience with Comfort Keepers Dunkirk using terminology like “above and beyond” is sweet and cute but hardly begins to describe the seriousness and extent to which we have been served.
