Our experience with Comfort Keepers Halifax was extremely positive. Our mother needed care for over 3 years so we met many of the staff. There was consistency in the staff assigned to our mother which was really helpful to all of us. The caregivers were well trained and well supervised. We received updates from the manager on a regular basis. Daily notes and communication between the caregivers helped maintain a high level of care. Comfort Keepers lives up to the name. When our family needed care immediately, they did everything they could to get a worker for us within 24-hours. They go above and beyond the job description and made an incredibly difficult time easier for us.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Comfort Keepers. They helped with home care for my mom a few evenings a week. Paru and her team are professional, caring, reliable and a pleasure to work with.

I want to express my thanks for the efficient and professional care service provided from April 2023 to the present as my wife will be entering a long term care home. I want to especially mention that during this period the prime person carrying out this work was a young daly named Leslie. She is in the right line of work and it was a relief knowing that I could expect her at the appointed hour and that my wife was in good hands during that period. I hired Comfort Keepers for a period of one day per week for a few weeks, as a respite service in my duties as a dementia caregiver. They were so extremely professional and attentive. There was a primary person and a backup, and they were both pleasant and able to adapt to my partner's personality and needs.
