Very difficult to deal with! They have very little respect or consideration for their clients. We used them for about 2 1/2 years, the only reason we stayed that long was because the caregiver who was coming for my sister who has disabilities, worked really well with my sister. The office and administration was extremely difficult to deal with. They had very poor communication.
